Roland (Rod) James Welburn

Rod Welburn passed away on 4.12.25 at the young age of 58. He's survived by his lifelong partner Christie, his #1 companion Memphis, his sister Shawna, 2 sons in Montana, and extended family throughout Oregon.

Rod worked at Riverbend for 30 years and touched many lives across the Valley. Rod was known as a stand-up guy with a tough exterior. His presence was large, powerful and caring. The impact of losing Rod will have an irreversible wave that will last for years to come.
