Michael was born in Salem, Oregon, survived by wife Sarah, and ex wife Skoshie Potter, and two sons Jonathan and Cody of Salem. Mother Pat Black (Chuck), three brothers, Gary (Judy) of Keizer, Greg of The Dalles, Daniel (Kris) of Keizer. Per Mike's wishes his ashes will be placed at sea. No Services.
