In Loving Memory of Kimberly French

Kimberly “Kim” French, beloved daughter, sister, wife, cousin, and friend, passed away the evening of August 5, 2026, leaving behind family and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Kim was the beloved widow of Steve Gorski, who preceded her in death, and was also preceded in death by her father, James French. She carried their memories and the love they shared with her throughout her life.

Kim was a truly artistic and creative soul. She had a wonderful ability to find beauty in the world around her and express herself through her creativity. She loved to sing, enjoyed shopping, and had a special place in her heart for animals. Her pets brought her great joy and companionship, and her love for them was a reflection of the caring heart she carried throughout her life.

Kim is survived by her mother, Kathleen Whited, and stepfather, Leon Whited; stepmother, Sharon French; paternal half-sisters, Christine (French) Castillo and Jennifer (French) Wolfe; stepsister, Julie Dahms; stepbrother, James Whited; and beloved cousin, Tina Holt, who she joined in many an adventure.

Kim will be remembered for her endurance and joy in the midst of great suffering. She will also be remembered fondly for her creativity, her love of music, her appreciation for the things that brought her joy, and the special bonds she shared with those closest to her.

Though she is no longer with us, Kim will remain forever in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the stories, laughter, music, and love she leaves behind.

Rest peacefully, Kimberly, Kim, Aunt Mimi, Kimmie Wimmie. You will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
