Judith Ann Schimian

Judith Ann Schimian, 76, passed away on June 7, 2026 in the comfort of her home.

She found her greatest happiness in the company of her dog, horses, and grandchildren. She loved collecting two-dollar bills, spending hours sewing, and creating things with her hands. She also cared deeply about her community and generously supported local charities through her involvement with the Salem Elks. Her kindness, generous spirit, and love for family, friends, and animals will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.

Judy is loved and missed by her husband, Ricky Manning of Salem, OR; daughter, Heather Kline of Oregon; son, Brian Schimian of Illinois; and grandchildren, Andrew (Connie) Kline, Makenna (Justin) Powers, Hunter Kline, Joseph and Sydney Schimian. Sister, Barb Damien of Wisconsin, Brother, Jeff Owen of Illinois, Brother, Robin Owen of Texas, Half Sister, Ramona Gudlin of South Carolina.
