Jesse Austin Wadley

March 21, 1992 — June 5, 2025

Salem

It is with deep sorrow and immeasurable love that we announce the passing of Jesse Austin Wadley, who left this world on June 5, 2025, at the age of 33.

Jesse was born on March 21, 1992, in Salem, Oregon, and spent his childhood in Simi Valley, Moorpark, California, and Casper, Wyoming, before eventually returning to Salem as an adult. His life journey was marked by adventure, laughter, mischief, and an enormous heart that touched everyone he met.

Jesse is preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Paula Mae Linden of Bakersfield, CA; his biological grandfather, Russell Thaddeus Trammell Jr.; his father, Richard James Wadley of Central Point, OR; his grandfather, Stanley Richard Wadley, and grandmother, Betty Georgina Wadley, both of Medford, OR.

He is survived by his loving mother, Teresa Linden-Wadley, and his devoted sister, Christina Anne Wadley. He also leaves behind his cherished grandfather, Carl Robert Linden, lovingly known as “Pappy,” his uncles Steve and Scott Trammell, and his cousins Josh, Matthew, Jennifer, and Mandy Trammell. Jesse shared a brotherly bond with Rowdy Barlene, who was adopted into the family, and is also survived by his stepsister April Renee Ewing, along with numerous great aunts, great uncles, and extended family members from both the Linden and Trammell sides.

From a young age, Jesse was a spark of energy and mischief. Whether he was building makeshift ramps for his bike or launching into adventures that made his mother’s heart skip a beat, Jesse was always chasing excitement. He found his joy in the outdoors—on a dirt bike, motorcycle, or with a fishing pole in hand. His happiest moments were spent riding, exploring, or simply being outside with the people he loved.

Thanksgiving football games in the street with family, golfing with his pappy, and sharing laughter with cousins were just some of the ways Jesse made lasting memories. He had a contagious laugh, a bright smile, and a knack for lifting spirits. If you had a bad day, Jesse could make it better. If you needed a friend, Jesse would be there—unfailingly loyal, kind, and protective.

Jesse had a heart of gold. He stood up for the vulnerable, defended the underdog, and lived by a fierce sense of loyalty and compassion. To know Jesse was to know true friendship, laughter, and love. He was the best brother, a cherished son, and a soul who made the world a more vivid and generous place.

Jesse’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who loved him. He will be missed beyond measure and remembered always—forever on two wheels, forever in our hearts. I love you very very much. I miss you every day.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Location: 6021 Gothberg Rd, Casper, WY 82601 All who knew and loved Jesse are welcome to attend and share in honoring his beautiful life.
