Frances Irene Kelly

Francis (Fran) Irene Kelly, 86, stepped into the arms of her savior, Jesus Christ, joining her mother, sister and brother, on June 7, 2026.

Born 7/29/1939 to Ora Irene and Gordon Kelly in Dallas, TX. The family moved to Colorado when she was seven years old; she grew up in Englewood. She married and had four children, eventually moving to beautiful Oregon, where she remained for the rest of her life.

Fran did a lot of reading and studied at home. She loved numbers and worked most of her life in business accounting. She loved 60s country music and loved to get in the car and just drive. She loved her ’65 Mustang and her ’72 Thunderbird. She loved the ocean, and enjoyed trips to the coast. She also loved spending time with her beloved Herbie, a sweet little dog she adopted from the Humane Society. Herbie was her constant companion; he used to cuddle by her side when she wasn’t feeling well.

She is survived by her children: Dick Holihan Jr (Cheryl), Wendy Holihan, Pat Holihan (Sherry) and Carol McClellan (Dave); her grandchildren Jamie Lee, Autumn McClellan, Brian Woods (Amanda), Natalie Coppege (Duncan), Tim McClellan, Joseph Holihan (Carolyn), Iesi Johnson and Isis Wilkenson; and her great-grandson Maverick Wilkenson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Oregon Coast Humane Society or The Dementia Society of America.
