Agueda was born in Robstown Texas, to Gregoria Moreno Gallardo and Victoriano Gallardo on December 20th 1946.

Agueda is preceded in death by her mother, Gregoria Moreno Gallardo, father Victoriano Gallardo, brothers, Victor Gallardo Jr. and Santos Gallardo.

She is survived by sisters Maria Luisa Cantu of San Antonio,Texas, Angelina Flores-husband Teodoro Flores of Lockney, Texas, Carolina Perez-husband David Perez of plainview, Texas and brother Trinidad Gallardo-wife Maria (Lupe) Gallardo of Plainview, Texas, step children Angelina Briseno Sandoval of Salem, Oregon, Maria Briseno and Thomas Briseno of Woodburn, Oregon.
